To all our Dear Friends in China,
Thank you for your recent e-mails and Christmas wishes. We want to reply and wish you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a soon coming HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Every year at Christmas I am reminded of four very important truths.
Christmas is a time to……….
1) Christmas is the time to RELEASE OUR FEARS! The angel said to Mary
“Fear not”, Luke 1:30, and to Joseph “Fear not”, Matthew 1:20,and to the
Shepherds “Fear not”, Luke 2:10.The good news is that God is good and He
loves us and wants to bless us. Don’t be afraid of God .He wants to guide
and guard your lives.
2) Christmas is the time to RESTORE OUR FAITH! Christmas reminds me
God keeps His word. He promised a Savior and sent His only Son to be my
Savior. In this life there are not many things we can really trust. But God
can be trusted!
3) Christmas is a good time to RECEIVE OUR FORGIVNESS! We have all
made mistakes, hurt other, disobeyed God, disappointed ourselves and need
forgiveness. Because our biggest need is forgiveness God sent us a Savior.
Luke 2:11 says, “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior
Who is Christ the Lord”. And He came to save us from our sins.
4) Christmas is a time to REBUILD OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILY
AND FRIENDS! Again, the angel said in Luke2:14 “…Glory to God in the
highest and on earth Peace and Good Will to all men”. Send an email,
a letter ,make a phone call, Tell someone you love them. We all have family
members and friends who need our love , forgiveness and friendship.
We miss you all and are praying you and your families have a wonderful
Christmas!

致我们亲爱的所有的中国的朋友们，
感謝您最近的电子邮件和圣诞祝福。我们也借此机会祝愿大家圣诞快乐，新年幸福。
每年的圣诞节总是提醒我，关于圣诞节的四个重要的基理。圣诞节是….
1.) 圣诞节是我们走出恐惧的时候！天使曾经对玛利亚说 “不要害怕”（路加福音1章30节）；天使还对约瑟说“不要害怕”（马太福音2章10节）；天使也对牧羊人说过“不要害怕”（路加福音2章10节）。好消息是：神是爱世人的神，祂是好的，并且是要给我们祝福的神，所以不要害怕祂，祂愿意带领并且保护我们的一生。
2.) 圣诞节是恢复我们信心的时候！圣诞节总是提醒我：神的应许不会落空。祂曾经承诺将他的独生爱子给我们做世人的救主。在世上，有许多事并不值得我们信，可是神是我们完全可信赖的。
3.) 圣诞季是我们接受宽恕的时候！ 我们做过许多的过犯，伤害过他人，违背过神，甚至让自己失望，需要宽恕。只因为我们最大的需要是神给我们的救主，给了我们宽恕赦免。圣经路加福音2章11节说 “因今天在大卫的城里。为你们生了救主—就是主基督”并且他来把我们从罪中拯救出来。
4.) 圣诞节是同家人及朋友重建关系的时候！再有，天使在路加福音2章14节说 “…在至高之处荣耀归于神，在地上平安归于祂所喜悦的人。” 你可以写一封电子邮件，一封信或打个电话给你所爱的人们。在我们的家人或朋友中总是有需要我们特别关爱的，需要得到宽恕的和友谊。
