Weddings
Deposit: $200 (checks made out to “Blessed Hope Ministries, Inc”), reimbursed if you leave facility clean, nothing broken or missing.
Wedding: $500 for retreat use for two days (No alcohol)
- Friday: Set up (decorations)
- Wedding Party, Dinner/rehearsal
- Overnight guests: $30 per person
- Saturday:
Wedding 11:00 am (Front lawn or Ramada)
Reception (Meal): 1-4 pm
Provided by RCRR- 15 tables
- 90 folding chairs
- Bar-b-que facilities
- Kitchen available
- For groups larger than 70 people, one Porta-Potty must be provided
- Ladies’ Dressing Rooms: “Hacienda” Big House
Men’s Dressing Rooms: Bunk House - Electricity available at Ramada. May need to provide your own P.A. System. (Check with Ranch Manager)
- Trash and garbage is taken care of by RCRR
- Clean up and leave by 11:00 pm Saturday night

Single Day Picnics
$20 per day per person
- Show up any time, leave by 9:00 pm
- Leave facilities clean, take trash with you
- Amenities: Camp fire, Archery, Volleyball, horseshoes
- Summer swimming in Rock Creek if it runs
